Thirty days, no argument

If Crewmanual is not worth what you paid, email support@crewmanual.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and we are not going to send you through a retention script.

How it works

• Email us from the address you bought with, or tell us which address you used.
• We process the refund through Polar, our payment processor. Money normally lands back on your card within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
• Your licence key stops working once the refund goes through.
• The guides already on your computer are yours. We do not reach into your machine to delete your work.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway. Crewmanual is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that keeps billing you — but if something has gone genuinely wrong, we would rather hear about it and sort it out than have you tell other contractors we were difficult.

Before you buy

The free version records unlimited guides. Use it on a real workflow first and make sure Crewmanual can actually see your software before you pay for anything. The limits page lists what it cannot record.
